The Aggressivness of Diaporthe longicolla and Diaporthe pseudolongicolla Isolates Tested by the Soybean Seed’s Artificial Inoculation

This study’s objective was to determine if there a difference in aggressiveness between the Diaporthe longicolla and pseudolongicolla isolates infecting soybean seeds. An artificial inoculation performed under laboratory conditions greenhouse on cultivar (Tisa) created breeding program of Agricultural Institute Osijek represented large-scale production Republic Croatia. attempt made discover whether recently described D. were more aggressive seeds than isolates, which have manifested high throughout series earlier experiments.
